This webinar centers around the story of how one firm utilized the CliftonStrengths talent assessment system to build a thriving culture. This session will walk through the journey of creating a strengths-based culture – from gaining leadership buy-in to taking meaningful action and celebrating wins.

Attendees will hear real examples of how a CliftonStrengths program was introduced, the strategies used to embed it into daily operations, and the impact it has had on employee engagement, retention, and leadership development. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen an existing program this session will provide insights and practical take-aways to help you build a sustainable, strengths-focused approach that drives real results.

Angela Oakley is the Director of the Talent Advisor program at Clark Nuber P.S. in Bellevue, WA. With over 25 years of experience in HR management, organizational development, coaching, and performance management, Angela has leveraged her strengths to build and lead a successful Talent Advisor program. This program focuses on strengths-based development, personal growth, and competencies for promotion. Angela leads a team of 4 Talent Advisors who work closely with employees and leaders to set goals, provide coaching, and assist with skill development.  Over the last 10 years, Angela has honed her expertise in strengths-based coaching, helping leaders develop their leadership style through self-awareness and the application of their strengths in their daily work.
 
Angela holds bachelor's degree in Education from Montana State University and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. She is certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths, Kolbe, Eqi-2.0, and MBTI assessments, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the Hudson Institute.
