Employers are now required to submit numerous reports to the government agencies about their workplaces (COVID cases, outbreaks, pay rates, etc.); provide new types of paid and unpaid leave to employees; and follow recent strict amendments to laws governing relationships with independent contractors, that include 67 exceptions.
